Refund & Cancellation Policy

Each report is personalised and prepared specially for you from your birth details, so it cannot be returned once delivered.

You are entitled to a full refund if

• You paid but did not receive your report within 48 hours and we cannot deliver it after you contact us, or
• You were charged more than once for the same order, or paid but we cannot confirm a valid order.

Free correction

If you entered a wrong birth detail, contact us before or after delivery and we will remake the report once with the corrected details at no cost.

Cancellation

You can cancel an order for a full refund before the report has been sent to you.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. To request one, email you@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 9XXXXXXXXX with your order number.
